RCTV-15 is the public access television station for the city of Rochester, NY.

At RCTV-15 we strengthen our community by putting powerful communication tools into the hands of ordinary citizens. 

Rochester Community Television, Inc. gives all Rochester residents both a forum for the free expression of ideas, and the expertise and technology to share them.  We provide a non-commercial "green space" that promotes community and strengthens democracy. 

We will air your program (see how to get your show on the air) or videotaped public service announcement at no charge.  We also offer low-cost production and digital editing classes.

RCTV Offers Garage Band Producers Workshop - Tuesday, June 18, 2013
RCTV is offering a 4-part Producers Workshop on Garage Band on July 10, 17, 24 and 31. Take the first intro to Garage Band for FREE, and for more in-depth classes, pay for the other three. 
Early Closure for Independence Day - Friday, June 14, 2013
RCTV15 will close at 3 PM on Wednesday, July 3 in celebration of Independence Day.  Wishing everyone a Happy and Safe July 4th!

 
5th Annual Black Music Month Celebration - Friday, June 14, 2013
Join us  on Thursday, June 27 at 7 PM for RCTV's 5th Annual Black Music Month Celebration, presented in association with Exodus to Jazz. FREE Event, all welcome! 
Early Closure on 6/24 - Monday, June 10, 2013
RCTV 15 will close at 6 PM on Monday, June 24 so staff can attend the 20th Anniversary Film Festival and Speaker Series. 
RCTV 20th Anniversary Film Forum and Speaker Series - Friday, May 10, 2013
RCTV will offer a three-part film forum and speaker series focusing on important historic, social, environmental and economic concerns. CLICK HERE for details.
